The DJTT Fall League is run completely by volunteers, so we need your help to keep the league running as smoothly as possible.

The following is a summary of the different volunteer activities available and what each activity entails:

Activity Description
Coach / Assistant Coach The coach is reponsible for organizing and guiding his/her team. Please see the document above for a detailed list of responsiblities.

Important note: the winning coach is also responsible for reporting scores. See below for instructions.
Setup Setup involves getting the scoreboards, banners, first aid kits out the shed and putting them up, as well as sweeping of the courts if necessary.
Scorekeeper The scorekeeper is in charge of gathering the scores of all matches in progress from the head coaches and update white boards with the scores, so the spectators can see the progress of the matches. One change from previous leagues is the winning coach is now responsible for reporting scores.
League Official The league official is responsible for match timing - starting and ending of the matches. The official should also be familiar with the rules and be available for dispute resolution.
Clear Up Clear up involves putting everything away and making sure that there is no litter or balls on the courts.

We have established the following volunteer schedule, to make the tasks manageable and as fair as possible to all participants:
